How does it work?

Using our call-in system, your digital handheld, or EHR - as soon as you dictate, our highly-trained transcriptionists have access to your dictation and can get started typing your reports using personalized settings unique to your office.
If you are using EHR, Sage Software WebMD, Medical Manager, Intergy, NextGen, or a similar chartless system, your dictation is processed electronically and returned for approval directly to your Ipaq or other handheld device.
Tapes can be picked up at your office.
Finished transcription is loaded into your EHR charts or our secure web area and are available to your staff at any time. It can be printed directly at your office.
Along with the high quality transcription we provide, security of your patient information is our top priority. We understand HIPAA regulations and work hard to keep your documentation secure.
Backup copies of your dictation are archived and available to you whenever you request them.
