Company Profile

We use the latest in digital technology. Medical dictation is either captured directly over our toll-free phone dictation lines, processed using Sage software, WebMD (Medical Manager), Intergy, your EHR/EMR software (Electronic Health Record), downloaded from your digital recorder or done the old fashioned way using "tapes". Finished transcription can be posted straight to your EHR/EMR charts, posted into Medical Manager or Intergy, or loaded into our HIPAA-compliant secure web area easily available to your staff at any time for printing, scanning or importing. No matter what your office needs are, we are ready and willing to meet those needs. Whatever your method, our medical transcription "team" goes right to work on your dictation ensuring the fastest turnaround possible.

Superscript, headquartered in Grand Rapids Michigan, is owned and operated by Dan and Jane White. Along with the high-quality transcription we provide, security of your patient information is our top priority. We understand HIPAA regulations and work tirelessly to keep your documentation secure. Backup copies of your dictation can be securely archived and available to you whenever you request them.
