MD-IT Platform

Bridging the Gap to Electronic Medical Records

The MD-IT Platform is the nucleus of our technology, and the foundation of our medical documentation workflow.  The MD-IT Platform handles the transport, workflow, delivery, and archival of medical records.  Think of it as a central hub that coordinates the flow of medical documentation in an environment that ensures the security and privacy of patient health information.  The MD-IT Platform is an easy to learn, intuitive, and robust medical documentation system designed to expand with a practice's needs.

Features of the MD-IT Platform

Create your patient note:

  • Utilizing dictation (via DVR, phone, mobile applications (iPhone, Android), front-end speech recognition or direct entry), providers document patient encounters.

Finalize the medical record:

  • Following transcription, providers approve with electronic signature and the electronic medical record becomes available for delivery and access to multiple locations.

Deliver the goods:

  • The electronic record is available for a number of one-touch or automatic distribution outlets, including electronic fax, printers, download, HL7 interface to document management system or legacy EMR, health information exchange, and more.

Access the information:

  • Providers can access current and archived records from the MD-IT Platform, including reports, results, labs, consulting documents, and more.  Records can be easily located through our intuitive interface, which allows search by a host of demographic information.

The MD-IT Platform can be expanded even further to include the MD-IT EMR or EMR Optimization Services, giving providers the power of narrative notes combined with the benefits of electronic medical records.
